Returns, replacement and complaint
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return or replace the product to a different one, there is no problem! Inform us about it earlier by writing at sklep@buu.pl
REPLACEMENT
1. Client has a right to replace the purchased goods during 10 days from the day of receipt of the package. If the received product is defective or incompliant with the description, the rules of compliant apply.
2. In case of replacement of the received goods, please contact us in order to discuss the details. Please do not send packages without prior consultation with us.
3. A condition for replacement of the product is sending it in an unchanged state (clean, without fragrance, e.g. creams, perfumes). Any signs of exploitation of shoes make it impossible to return or replace it (box is an important part of the product, so please return it undamaged).
4. We also ask you to send a receipt. If the receipt was issued for a bigger amount of goods, please sent the copy, and keep the original to yourself.
5. Not complying with our rules may constitute a basis for negative consideration of replacement.
6. We do not accept packages sent by COD, to our expense or packages sent without prior consultation.
RETURNS
1. According to the Act of 2nd of March 2000 on protection of certain rights of consumers and liability for damage caused by a hazardous product (Dz.U. no. 22, item 271 as amended.), Client has a right to return the purchased shoes in an unchanged condition in term of 10 days from the date of conclusion of agreement.

6. Money will be returned within 7 business days. In justified cases, this period may be extended to 14 days.

COMPLAINT
1. Complaint on shoes are considered according to the Actof 27 VI 2002r on detailed conditions of consumer sales and change of the Civil Code (Dz.U. no. 141, item 1176 as amended.)
2. We provide at least 6 months long guarantee for the shoes purchased in our shop.
3. The shoes for complaint are accepted if they are clean and if the proof of purchase is presented, in an original, undamaged box.
4. In case of reasonable complaint, the damaged product will be fixed or replaced to a different one. If it is not possible because of shortage of products, the amount paid for the purchased product will be returned to the client or he/she will be offered a different, available product to choose.
5. Complaints are usually considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of package. In special cases, this period may be extended to 30 days.
6. Complaints concerning a difference in appearance between ordered and delivered products that result from a difference in Client’s monitor parameters, especially when it comes to difference in colours and shades, do not constitute a basis for complaint. In such case, Client may return the product.
7. The complaint does not include:
• Shoes with visible defects (visible during purchase),
• Shoes with mechanical damage (abrasions, damage) resulting from wrong foot match,
• Shoes comfort.
• Pneumatic systems.
• Shoes with damaged decorative elements (zips, ornaments, buttons).
• Natural wear of shoes (soles, shoe lifts, lining).
• Decolouring of the internal part of shoes made of natural leather under influence of sweat or intense wetting.
• Colouring of clothes in shoes made on natural lining.
• Shoes wetting.
8. We do not accept packages sent by COD, to our expense or packages sent without prior consultation.
