SHIPMENT

The shipment is conducted every day after 3 p.m. (in business days). We send the goods after booking the payment with use of GLS courier company or Polish Post.

In case of order to the amount higher than PLN 2000 (~ 500Euro), the shipment cost is covered by US.The package should be delivered to you within 2-5 days after sending. If after five days the package will still not be delivered, please contact us by e-mail. We will check on the package.

•If during order you set up an account, the status can be checked after logging in.

•If you did not set up an account– check the status of your order without logging in.(by giving the order number and your e-mail).

Possible options to choose during order placement:

• Przelewy24.pl - system of automatic payment service thanks to which you may make an immediate transfer from almost every bank.

• PayPal – known all over the world system that enables quick, safe and convenient transfers online.

• Transfer to bank account – in such case, we ask you to include the following information in the title: name, surname, order number. (This information is necessary. Its lack will result in the extension  of the performance of your order or lack of its fulfilment.)

• Cash on delivery –concerns only shipment on the territory of POLAND.
